The Ghost of Mary Howell is Haunting the Grey Moss Inn – Final Chapter

In this segment we conclude our [tag-tec]paranormal investigation[/tag-tec] of the Grey Moss Inn which is located just outside of Helotes, TX northwest of San Antonio.

Nell Baeten, the Inn’s owner was gracious enough to allow us to film her as we presented the results of our investigation.

On behalf of the [tag-tec]After Dark Paranormal Research[/tag-tec] team I’d like to once again thank Nell and her staff for allowing us to conduct this investigation.

Next time you’re in the San Antonio, TX area, be sure to enjoy the country charm and exquisite cuisine of the Grey Moss Inn. And if you’re lucky, you’ll also meet the ghost of Mary Howell.

Come back here and leave us a comment if you have any [tag-tec]haunting[/tag-tec] experiences at the [tag-tec]Grey Moss Inn[/tag-tec].

I was just catching up on my reading and found this case to be every interesting. I wonder what I, myself might experience should I stop in and have a visit. I will definately try and make a trip out there someday, and should I have an encounter of my own I will be sure to share it with you. What an interesting and exciting case!

Mary Howell is my great-grandmother. I find it interesting she didn’t appear to me the last time I was in her restaurant. There is a portrait of her on the wall I would love to have a print of. Maybe her spirit could pass that onto the owner for me!

My brother and his wife went to go have dinner at The Grey Moss Inn one evening. They went because they heard the food was great. It was not until the day they ate there, my brother heard about the Grey Moss Inn possibly being haunted. My brother and his wife laughed it off and didnt give it much thought. After their dinner my brother called to tell me what had happened to them. He stated they were at their table, had already ordered and he felt a tug on his shirt, he couldnt figure out how that had happend but he just shrugged it off. After they were served their dinner and he was getting ready to eat his steak, he says someone or something yanked hard on the front part of his shirt and it caused the top 4-5 buttons to unbutton, leaving him sitting at the table with his shirt open, he says no one was close enough to him to yank his shirt like that. His wife witnessed it, since she was sitting directly in front of him but I dont think anyone else noticed. Both were a bit shaken but composed themselves and finished their dinner without incident. I myself find this all very interesting and 4 of us plan on having dinner there tonight, I hope all goes well.

That is great Jaime….

Fantastic story of a great dinner night. The Grey Moss Inn is a fantastic place. It’s not only a great place to eat, but the stories of hauntings make it much more interesting.

If anyone has a chance to visit the Grey Moss Inn, please comment on here and let us know if you were one of the lucky ones who has met the Late Mary Howell.
